Stuart Chirrey: I am an undergraduate student at McMaster University in my final year achieving a Bachelor's of Manufacturing Technology. I began my post-secondary education at George Brown College where I received a 3-year Mechanical Engineering Design Diploma. Subsequently, I worked for a plastic extrusion company and discovered a passion for the manufacturing industry. In order to pursue manufacturing engineering as a career, I have returned to school to further my education.

While in Mcmaster, I took on a 16-month Co-Op at Honda Canada Manufacturing. I was placed in an Electrical Reliability Engineering position in the Final Assembly Plant. This fast-paced role allowed me to develop as an engineer improving the current state of lineside equipment and also as a project leader.

Aside from schooling, I have extensive work experience and numerous personal projects in the areas of construction, mechanical design and electrical work. I have learned various skills through mentors and projects from a young age that have developed my interests and abilities.
